Welcome to Mindaluxe (mindaluxe.best). These Terms of Service govern your use of our premium personal mindset development offerings, including personalized coaching sessions, digital courses, and branded merchandise. By accessing or purchasing any product or service from Mindaluxe, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mindaluxe services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our offerings.

2. Services

Mindaluxe provides one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and virtual seminars focused on personal mindset growth and performance enhancement. All sessions are conducted by certified mindset development experts.

3. Info Products

Our digital materials include e-guides, video courses, and audio programs designed to reinforce mindset strategies. Access to these products is granted through immediate download or online streaming upon purchase.

4. Goods

Mindaluxe-branded merchandise (apparel, journals, accessories) is offered through our online store with shipping to approved regions.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Clients may request a refund of session fees up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. To request, contact our team via Contact Us. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times without penalty, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Certain premium packages (including multi-month mentorship tracks) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed, due to the personalized nature of content development and allocation of exclusive coaching resources.

5.2 Digital Courses and Materials

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To initiate, submit a request via Contact Us and specify your order details. Approved reimbursements will be credited back within 7 business days. After 20% completion or beyond the 14-day window, products are not eligible for credit.

5.3 Merchandise

Physical goods may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customers must request a return authorization through Contact Us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue the reimbursement within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

6. Order Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or postpone any session or order, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. For digital products, cancellations beyond the refund window are not permitted. For merchandise, see section 5.3.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

Mindaluxe provides mindset guidance and educational content. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any indirect outcomes or personal decisions you make after using our services.
